    to finish the project.

Can I classify the usage of these two "to-inifitives" as "noun usage", particularly as "object in noun usage" or "adverb usage"? I think the former.

43)The assistants helped us to finish the project.
My parents allowed me to go to the concert by myself.

These types of constructions can be difficult to parse. Often I analyze them by the question the words in question answer. In your first example, The infinitive phrase answers "How did they help us?" I would therefore, classify it as an adverbial phrase. In the second example, the infinitive phrase is what the parents allowed. Therefore, I would classify that as a noun phrase acting as the direct object of "allowed".
