Post How will the program continue once the grant money (if received) is depleted?

"How will the program continue once the grant money (if received) is depleted?"

What does it mean? whether its about how to sustain the project after its completion or something else.

No.There would be no point in continuing a program once it had been completed. It is asking how the program will carry on once the money they have been given for it runs out - assuming that money is given.
