I often face difficulty in using "In" and "On". Specially for following sentences, can you please clarify whether it should be "In" or "On" and the underlying rule.
How many students are in/on the classroom?
There are 10 students in/on the classroom
How many people are in/on the rally?
There are more than ten thousand people in/on the rally
How many members are in/on your team?
There are ten members in/on my team
How many female members are in/on the group?
There are not less than 10 female members in/on the group
How many students are in/on the classroom?
There are 10 students in/on the classroom
