whatever happens, don't let anyone into the building without proper identity.

Question: Rewrite the sentence by using the key work "Circumstances"

................ should you let anyone into the building without proper identity.

Thanks in advance.

No, it is not a homework, just want to make sure if it is correct or not;

Whatever circumstances should you let anyone into the building without proper identity.

That is not a correct solution. You should try again.

(Hint: note that you are to use inversion).

Under no circumstances should you let anyone into the building without proper identity.

Every person has an identity. This sentence is looking for identification or an ID (identification) card.
