How can I improve my fluency in English ?

I am a teacher of ESL, but my oral English is poor, which has been frustrating me for a long time. Could anyone tell me what is the effective way to improve my spoken English?

Find a more fluent teacher (preferably a native English speaker) in your locality and pay him/her for private conversational lessons.

    Welcome to the forum, kelv.

We like to help when we can, but I am afraid that I have to agree with Rover. Unless you have the opportunity to live and work in an English-speaking environment, there is no simple/cheap way to improve your oral skills. You need a good teacher and/or a committed native speaker to help you.
