    Welcome to the forum, bhupijain.

You have asked too general a question. We are here to answer specific questions, not to replace grammar books.

Briefly, Being is the -ing form of the verb BE. Like all ing forms of verbs, it is used in the formation of the progressive/continuous aspect, the present participle, and the gerund of the verb.
Been is the third form/past participle of the verb. Like the third form of all verbs, it is used in the formation of the perfect aspect of the verb.

BE itself functions as a linking verb, and is also used in the formation of the progressive/continuous aspect and the passive voice of other verbs.

If you have questions about specific usages of been and being, feel free to submit them.
