Which one is the right sentence: "The dress code of the company" or "The company's dress code" ?

    Unnecessary
They are both grammatically correct. You might also hear "The company dress code".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Thank you

I know there are rules but this is one of this cases where I'm not sure.

You're welcome but please note that there is no need to make a new post to say thank you. Simply click the Like button on any post you found helpful. In addition, remember to put a single appropriate punctuation mark at the end of every sentence, no matter how short the sentence. In this post, there should have been a full stop after "Thank you".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Note that neither of those phrases is a sentence.
