Dear all,

What is the name of the hotel in which you stayed?
What is the name of the hotel which you stayed in?

Between the sentences above, which do you think is normally used?

Thank you

The second, but without 'which'.

'What is the name of the hotel you stayed in?'

More commonly heard would be 'Which hotel did you stay in?' or 'What hotel did you stay in?'

In the US, you could also use "at."
