    hold back on little

Prime Minister is ordering a murder to a killer. The killer wants to know who's the target. The PM hedged. The killer says:
"Donít hold back on little!" What does it mean? Do not keep back such a small point?
    Thank you.

    Thank you.
It means nothing to me either. Are you sure you have heard/copied it correctly?
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
