    each is unique

    If we say :"The lakes themselves are numerous and each is unique,with its own characterand charm." or "all is unique"

    "Each is" or "all are".

    The lakes are numerous and each [one] is unique, with its own character and charm.
    The lakes are numerous and all [of them] are unique, with their own character and charm.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    ... but I think 'each is' is better. If you say 'all are unique' you're inviting quibbles about 'unique'. (They're not serious quibbles, but still saying 'each is' will avoid them. )

    Yes, you're absolutely right. We have had plenty of discussions on this forum about "unique" and I agree that "all of them are unique" could be queried.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
