    online dictionary/ thesaurus

I am a learner in English, so do not know more English vocabularies. Whenever I write/speak, searching for exact vocabulary for situation/scenario but I canít get the exact one.
So I use two or more words to explain the for situation/scenario,

So is there any dictionary/ thesaurus, if I provide the meaning of a situation/scenario, then it will provide the vocabulary?; it is kind of reverse-dictionary, meaning ,in traditional dictionary, if we give the vocabulary we can get the meaning.

But the dictionary/ thesaurus which I am looking for, is, if I give the meaning it should give me the vocabulary .
