    Is it correct to say "why is it so?"

    If you give us some context, we might be able to answer your question more thoroughly. As they stand, I can't see any difference between your two questions. Please note my amendments to your post. Remember to use full English words ("should", not "shld") and to capitalise the word "I" every time you write it.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
