I have a question. Do I need “the” before "ECTS grading scale"?

1. The grade "very good" corresponds to "A" grade used in your education system and the ECTS grading scale.
2. The grade "very good" corresponds to "A" grade used in your education system and ECTS grading scale.

In my opinion, yes, and you also need one before "A grade".
