Present perfect or Present perfect continious

    Hello!

    There are two sentences:

I have not played this game for over a year and I have not been playing this game for over a year.

Which is correct? I mean that I played this game before, but the last year I don't.

P.S I'm beginer in english, so please correct my mistakes in this post if i did it (them?).

    Thank you!
