"Please let me know if there is something that needed to be changed" correct?

Hi everyone!

I am working with a group, and we will send documents through email.

I want to tell them if they found something wrong in my attachment, then let me know.

Which one is correct? and more efficient?
"if there is something that needed to be changed, ..."
"if there is something that needed to be changed, ..."
"if something should be changed, ..."

Thanks for your help!

I agree with emsr. I just want to add that "that" can be used instead of "which" in the first correction.
