    Is this structure correct?

    Is this structure correct?

"We are all live in 100,000 light years in diameter galaxy, the galaxy itself contains estimatedly 17 billion Earth-size exoplanet and 100 Billion stars."

Also, can the "Live" subtituted to "Reside", or which one is better?

I'm talking about The Milkyway galaxy, we are all live there, the galaxy itself contains 100 Billion stars and estimated 17 billion Earth-size exoplanet in it, The disk diameter of The Milkyway is about 100,000 light years.

    Thank you in advance :)

We live in a galaxy that is 100 light years in diameter with an estimated 100 billion stars and 17 billion Earth-size planets.

    I would not use "reside."
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

Note also it's Milky Way, not Milkyway.
