    Does it sound natural?

    - Do you go in for sport? (=do you do any sport?)
    - Yes, I do.
    - What sport do you go in for? (=what sport do you do?)
    - Basketball.

Re: Does the following exchange sound natural?

    It doesn't sound natural.

    Do you do any sports?
    Do you practice any sports?
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Re: Does the following exchange sound natural?

Or in BE — 'Do you practise any sports?'

A better title would have been
'Do you go in for sport?'.

'Thread titles should include all or part of the word/phrase being discussed.'

And here I was thinking "go in for" was a common BrE turn of phrase.

Re: Does the following exchange sound natural?

We do use it but I don't find it natural used with sports.

"My next-door neighbour has just started going to partner-swapping parties. She invited me but I don't go in for that sort of thing."

In AmE, we often say "play any sports".
