You have made 81 posts on this forum. I am quite sure that by now you know about correct capitalisation and punctuation, and that you should check your spelling carefully before posting. Please edit your post.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Re: overlaying

You are right. Sorry. I hurried to write and feel tired to check capitalisation and punctuation. I also hurried to get answer as soon as possible. So I didn't bother to read what I write as my eyes are not very good. But no need that fuss. I think instead of reprehend If you would explain that second line, it would be more useful.

Anyway. I start from the beginning.

I am trying to read a book. There is a sentences. I know all the words but it didn't make any sense to me.

    The sentences is this:

There are probably inspirational people in your company, if you can enthuse them sufficiently.
If you can't, try overlaying some elements of method (not too much, enough to stimulate and direct)

First line is OK. I understand.
Second line is the problem. What is "overlaying some elements of method" mean?

Are there someone to explain me, If possible please.
    Thanks.

    What about this one?

    Re: overlaying

Is that the entire sentence? There is nothing after "and direct)"?

"elements of method" means nothing to me. Has the book been talking about "method" before this?

I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

    Re: overlaying

    Social awareness
    has three main levels:
    • when everybody knows something;
    • when everybody knows that everybody knows;
    • when everybody knows that everybody knows that
    everybody knows.
All of these levels have now been exposed and squashed
together by the speed with which ideas can be transmitted
on the Internet. This means that the ‘fitness landscape’ has
completely changed. The fitness landscape is a metaphorical
area in which, for any problem or goal, there is a vast
array of possibilities to explore but only a few valuable spots
to discover. Companies tend to stick with the early, obvious
ones, and so end up with fairly mediocre ideas, products
and solutions. Huge numbers of interested people on the
Web can achieve a great deal more, if properly harnessed,
    as evidenced by Wikipedia.
There are many places from which you can derive creative
inspiration. There are probably inspirational people in
your company, if you can enthuse them suffi ciently. If you
can’t, try overlaying some element of method (not too
much, enough to stimulate and direct). If that doesn’t work,
try something utterly random, and if that still yields
nothing, consider asking the market. You might be surprised
by the amount of work they are prepared to put in,
and the amount of ingenuity they volunteer.

    I wrote whole page.

I didn't understand excatly the meaning of fitness landscape too...

This is a business book; I am trying so hard (with all determination) to understand every lines of it.
For the first time I really want to understand whole of a book.

Thanks for your help... for all the help I appreciated.

    Re: overlaying

    Could it mean something like

If you can't inspire them naturally, try using a system, then try something random.

    Re: overlaying

Of course I understand the text generally but my aim is to understand every line and every sentences not only having an overview.
    Thank you anyway.
At least it's good to know there are people who I can ask these things.
