    annex

Sometimes newspapers come out with another set of papers. In my country, every day each set is about one particular subject (e.g. technology, TV programs, crimes, etc.).
    Can we call them annex?

I think "supplement" would be better.

I would call the parts which are printed on newspaper, the "sections" (Money, Entertainment, Obituaries etc) and the glossy magazines which come with the weekend newspapers (in the UK), the supplements.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
