"I would (not) + verb." and "I would (not) have + past participle"
Hi all, Could you please tell me if there is any difference between "I would (not) + verb." and "I would (not) have + past participle"? For example why is the National Geographic Channel program called "I wouldn't go in there" but not "I wouldn't have gone in there"?
