    a note for me to

    Which are correct:
1-I received a note for me to go to my physical exam.

2-I received a note to go to my physical exam.

3-We received a note for John to go to his physical exam.

4-We received a letter for John to go to his physical exam.

    They seem OK to me.

    Gratefully,
    Navi.

Re: a note for me to

I'd use something like a note telling me/John to go.
