    strategy vs. tactic

    Hello.

What is the difference between them? I've looked up the meaning, but I think they're synonyms.

    Thanks in advance.
    Boris.
Please, correct all my mistakes. I should know English perfectly and if you show me my mistakes I will achieve my dream a little bit faster. A lot of thanks.

The two words are related, but are not really synonyms.

"Strategy" can be looked at as planning the steps to achieve a desired result.
"Tactics" refers to carrying out the steps to achieve a desired goal.
