    Please check my sentences

There is no denying that employees will work hard when bonus become larger enough to motive them putting (to put) more energy in their Jobs. But they have to make a decision on what types of bonuses give out (so that) they will stay in their positions continually, otherwise they shall leave with no doubt.

Q1: shall I use a verb or verb+ing in my first sentence?
    Q2:when do I use a verb and when do I use a verb+ ing?
Q3:please check the grammar for my second sentence to see if any errors I made. Any suggestion and comments are welcome.

    Thank you

Q1. The choice is between an infinitive (to put) and a gerund or participle (-ing form). In this sentence I would choose the infinitive.
Q2. In many, but not all, cases you can use either. Sometimes the meaning changes when the form changes.
    Q3. See corrections below.

There is no denying that employees will work harder when bonuses become large enough to motivate them to put more energy into their jobs. But employers have to make a decision on what types of bonuses to give out so that workers will stay in their positions. continually, otherwise they shall leave with no doubt.
