hello,
I met some problems in using the synonymous words(phrases), and couldn't know if I were right or wrong.

Here they are:
I agree with the statement that~
Can I use: I subscribe to the statement that~
I consent to the statement that~

If not, could you please give me some examples to clarify?
And it is appreciated if providing the better answers to my questions. (agree with)

Thanks for your help!!!:)

They are correct, though "subscribe" would be less common. Also you could use "concur with" or "support".

Many of those links are for "I consent to the statement being disclosed", which is not what mylisa was talking about.

e.g. I consent to the statement that getting university education is the most important factor for success in life.
Is this okay? (BTW, I'm writing for the toefl test.)
Someone told me it is right, but I looked for the dictionary and it said "consent to" is usually used to describe "authorize sth."

Thank you, 5jj!!!
