When I have a runny nose, can I say that my nose is running?
Where I live, many people refer to 'runny nose' as 'running nose'.
Do native speakers also say 'running nose'?

Not where I live. You have a runny nose.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
