    Hello.i just want to know when "that" can be omitted in adjective clauses?

    When it doesn't introduce an ambiguity or make the sentence harder to understand or ungrammatical.

    I many cases, "that" can be omitted in a relative clause if it is not the subject of the clause. But not always.
