We are an investment firm that helps business owners gain access to working capital.

I am creating a website for a client and I want to make sure if the grammar below is correct:

"We are an investment firm that helps business owners gain access to working capital."

It's fine. Is there a reason that "helps" is underlined?

Thank you very much for the immediate response. I had "helps" underlined because I wasn't whether to use "help" or "helps".

By the way, I'm glad I found this grammar forum because I often second guess myself when it comes to essay writing.

The verb refers back to "an investment firm". Why did you think that "help" would be appropriate?
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
