Hello.

For instance: I had a subscription to the sport gym. Some days ago my time ran out. Can I say to my friend: "Sorry, I'm not going there today. My gym is over". How would you say?

Thanks in advance.
Boris.

What you say might depend on whether the expiry of your membership was accidental or on purpose. Here are some possibilities:

I can't go today. I forgot to renew my membership!
I decided not to renew my membership. It's too expensive.
I'm not going to the gym anymore.
I've quit!

However you choose to say it, "My gym is over" is definitely incorrect. It suggests to me (in a non-grammatical way) that the gym that you belong to/used to belong to has closed down.
