    specializing/specialized

Which is correct between specializing and specialized here?
ex)We are UE Trading, a Korean trading firm (specializing/specialized) in tapes and films located in Korea.

I would use "specializing" there because it focuses on the ongoing nature of the business.

Do they only specialize in tapes and films located in Korea?

He was asking if "located in Korea" applied to the firm or to the films. From the structure of the sentence, it was a legitimate question.

    Re: specializing/specialized

I think "specializing in Korean tapes and films" would be less confusing. I can see how "films located in Korea" might be descriptive, but "tapes located in Korea"?

    Re: specializing/specialized

I think the two are less confusing.

1.We are UE Trading, a Korean trading firm located in Korea, specializing in tapes and films.
2.We are UE Trading, a Korean trading firm specializing in tapes and films, located in Korea.
