I need to help you, I am working in Administration, We usually send mail to all staff for intimation such as " Please be informed that "
Can anyone tell me something change sentence for using in my mails.
Your opening sentence says "I need to help you". That is very generous of you - if you could come to my house today to vacuum, do the laundry, wash my car and then take my dog for a walk that would be great. If that's not quite what you were thinking of, then perhaps you meant to say "I need your help" or "I need you to help me".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
