    tense error

I am not sure the word highlighted in red is grammatically correct.

In my previous role at ABC, there was a situation where one of the clients wanted a fifteen days’ worth of task to be completed within five days. All our team members told the reporting manager it was impossible to complete the task within five days unless more resources allocated to do this task

"Was" is correct, but I would delete the "a" before "fifteen" and add "were" before "allocated'.
