Because the title mentions "continue like this", may I assume that you are asking about "Worse still" as a way to introduce the next sentence?
If so, it is difficult to say without the rest of the sentence. It certainly would work in the right context. As emsr pointed out, the punctuation mark after "warming" should be a period (full stop).
