What do you think about this sentence:
1. Everywhere in Paris is a magical atmosphere.Does it sound natural?
Or is it better to say:
2. Everywhere in Paris, there is a magical atmopshere.
Or maybe:3. Everywhere in Paris, the atmosphere is magical.
I've never been to Paris, but I can't help feeling that, like any city, certain quarters of Paris are far from magical.
