    Listening to VOA

    Teachers:

I cannot figure out some words while listening to a clip of a five-minute news program from VOA.
Could someone please be kind enough to help me by filling out a blank of the last paragraph which I wrote down after listening to the above-mentioned audio clip?

    Thanks in advance.

Below is the URL of the related audio clip of about 5 minute, MP3, 1130KB

President Bush later said (1'40")_________________ today encouraging leaders in Iraq to work hard on building a government that represents the will of all Iraqis.
We are implementing a strategy that will lead to victory in Iraq. And a victory in Iraq will make this country more secure, and will help lay the foundation of peace for generations to come.
However, Democratic Congressman John Murtha says Iraq is now on a civil war and American troops should begin withdrawing. The comments came as anti-war protesters in several countries held demonstrations to mark the third anniversary of the war's start.
