I have some doubts on them. I mean using the comma after the word "work"
I think 1 is correct and 2 is incorrect.

Right?

When you write the independent clause first, you don't use the comma.
I will call you after I finish...

When you write the dependent clause first, you use the comma.
After I finish..., I will call you.
