Hello,

1. Would you please tell me that in what circumstance the word "fever" is uncountable?

2. As you know, the word "fever" is countable and uncountable. For example, we can say "she has a fever"
I want to know that can we say: "two fevers" or "three fevers" or "four fevers" in different contexts?

Fevers exists- using it with a number is not common, but it is possible.

Fever is countable, but used primarily in the singular. As Tdol points out, it can be made pural:

[doctor to patient's carer]
How many fevers has he had in the last week?
instead of saying:

How many times has he had a fever in the last week?
which is the more common sentence.
