    dear sir,
    will you please inform me how to start an official letters ....if am getting three or four types it will be help full for my carreer

    Abraham, we need more information than that. Official letters can deal with anything from "Please keep your dog out of my yard" to "I regret to inform you that your Aunt Minnie has died".

    Concentrate on capitalisation and punctuation. It doesn't matter which words you use if you send them all in lower case letters and without any punctuation.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
