    broadband-enabled countries

    Hi,

How does the combination X-enabled Y work?

Could anyone please explain it to me?
regarding the sentence below, could one say that it means: countries having broadband?

The transmission and switching networks in the Internet account for another 0.4% of total electricity consumption in broadband-enabled
    countries.

    Re: broadband-enabled countries

Countries in which the broadband service has been enabled (switched on) = broadband-enabled countries.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
