I want to practice moderating a forum. Maybe in the future I will create one in my country.
Suppose that I am a moderator and a member has not capitalized his/her question very well:

1. Just try to capitalize when you want to start a sentence.
2. Just, try to capitalize when you want to start a sentence.
3. Just try to capitalize your words when you want to start a sentence.
4. Just, try to capitalize your words when you want to start a sentence.

Which one is natural to you? If you were me, how would you say it? Should I use a comma after "just"?

No comma after "just". None of your sentences are natural. You can say: "Capitalize the first word in a sentence".

Yesterday another moderator told me that it's okay to omit "not a teacher" when I am asking questions, so I omitted it from my above post which is a question. But I still added it back as you said.

You don't have to say it when you are posing a question but it's important to say it when you are responding to another learner's question. The first part of your post ("No-one will have difficulty capitalising the first word") might have sounded like you were giving advice to the OP. However, it was followed by a question to the rest of us so I don't think "Not a teacher" was necessary in that post.
