    The people are turning over

    Hello teachers.

I would appreciate if you could check the following sentences. The parts in bold letters are the ones I think aren't correct.

    1. The people are turning over other TV programs from other countries. (I want to say that they are now watching TV from other countries, changing what they used to watch).
    2. A good idea is some kind of help by the government.
    3. Incrementing the publicity that these places lack of, is also possible and to me, effective.
    4. It moved me to write this letter.

    Thank you

    1. We normally turn "on" TV programs, not "over". You could also use "to".
    2. I would say "A good idea is to ask for assistance from the government".
