    The answer of the following question is option "d". Can option "b" also be an acceptable answer.

    It is just a test question, there is no conversation. If we put "have" to the gap, can it be meaningful only together with the prior sentence?

    All 4 answers are appropriate grammatically.

    Without any context and knowing that 30 kg is a pretty small weight, I would say that "eat more" is the best answer.
