    After sb finished her work.

    Hi.I have a question. When sb finished her work and I know she's tired, What can I say to her?
    I mean which "greeting" I can be use?

    You can say:

    Hi, how was your day?
    Hi, how was work today"
    Hi, you look tired. Is everything OK?
    Hi, did you have a bad day?

    And there are dozens of other possibilities.
