    If I weren't late.....

    1. If I weren't late, I wouldn't be fired. (second conditional)
    2. If I hadn't been late, I wouldn't have been fired. (third conditional)
    3. If I weren't late, I wouldn't have been fired. (Mixed time)
    4. If I hadn't been late, I wouldn't be fired. (Mixed time)

    Are all correct and natural? If not why?

    The second is much more natural to me, provided you correct the second verb.

    The first is fine for all time.
    The second is fine for a past situation.
    The third and fourth are unlikely.

    There is little point in making up conditional sentences just for the sake of it. You need to think of potential situations.
