What is the meaning of acceptional in the following sentence ?
It was not acceptional at that age for me to feel moments of complete disconnection.
(describing of a child who is having seizure)

Sorry, for wrong spelling. I really mean exceptional as you suggest. However, I do not understand the meaning of the sentence.

Should it mean that it's normal for a child like me to stop interesting the surrounding for a moment when in the periods of total self-absorption.

I think people having a seizure are not necessarily self-absorbed, but they are certainly not taking in much of what's going around them.
