    Welcome to Using English.

I remember this scene, but I don't believe you have transcribed it correctly. "mad daddy" in particular doesn't sound right.

However, the overall meaning is that Penny is a cute girl, and you are a nerd. Compared to the rest of the world, you probably would not be able to date her, but compared to the other people in this car, who are way nerdier and weirder than you, you are the person most likely to get to date her.

Please remember that capital letters are an important part of correct English.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

See my corrections above. It's important to use correct capitalisation.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

The imdb.com page for Big Bang Theory gives it as this:

Sheldon: I don't know your odds in the world as a whole, but as far as the population of this car goes, you're a veritable mac daddy.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Re: I want to know the meaning of.

"your odds in the world as a whole" sounds much more like him than the repeated "whole."

I still have no idea what origin of the phrase a "mac daddy" is, but the meaning of the entire passage is as above.
