    1. Clarify me,
    2.Clarify to me,
    3.Clarify with you, and/or
    4.clarify for me.

    None of them is a complete sentence. 1 and 2 are incorrect even as fragments. 3 and 4 are possible depending on the rest of the sentence.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
