Smile wrong end of the universe

Hello. Would you tell me what the underlined phrase mean in the context below?
The address below is from a children's book(Comic Sci-fi fiction).
I don't understand what "Wrong End" mean. Please help. Thank you.

    ----
    Measly Dwelling,
    Row of Identical Dwellings
    Tiny 'Country' Called England
    Misshapen Islands Clled Britain
    Insignificant Dot Called Earth
    Feeble Solar System
    Forty-third Galaxy fro the Right
    Virgo Supercluster
    Wrong End of the Universe

The author is saying that Earth is at the wrong end of the universe. The author appears to need anti-depressants. He/she doesn't like his/her living situation: house, neighborhood, country, planet, solar system, galaxy, and place in the universe.

    not a teacher

This probably references the common phrase "the wrong side of town", which is that part often characterized as disadvantaged and disreputable.
