Can you tell me which of the phrases in the parentheses are correct?
"Send them some information regarding (opportunities available/available opportunities) for (students/the students) from Germany interested in the program."
As for "students/the students", it all depends on the context. If one is referring to students from Germany in general, then "students" is appropriate. If one is referring to some specific students from Germany (for example: a group of German students from the same school, who have just written to enquire about the program), then "the students" should be used.
I'm not a teacher of English, but I have spoken it for (almost) all of my life....
