    gratitude from OR of??

    When I volunteered as a dentist at a charitable clinic, I took away with me the blessings, smiles and gratitude of my patients.

    Or

    When I volunteered as a dentist at a charitable clinic, I took away with me the blessings, smiles and gratitude given by my patients.

    Or

    When I volunteered as a dentist at a charitable clinic, I took away with me the blessings, smiles and gratitude from my patients.

    Which sentence is correct??

    The 1st sentence is the one you want. Though, I would substitute "came away with" for "took away with me".
