    subject verb agreement

all the messages that have been sent, posts that have been put are all done by my sister.

In this sentence is the portion 'all the messages that have been sent, posts that have been put' a subject for which are verb has been used?

No, that is not an acceptable subject.
"All the messages that have been sent and the posts that have been made" is a subject. (I'm not sure what "Posts have been put" means. One doesn't 'put' posts). The complement could be something like "have been done by my sister").
